1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 1mcuci. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1mcuci ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1mcuci platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other channel we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1mcuci platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use the 1mcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Have never been closed or banned from the 1mcuci platform previously.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Do not operate as an agent, broker, or third-party representative in any capacity.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to own and use one (1) active account on the 1mcuci platform at any time. This includes a prohibition on registering new accounts using the same name, IP address, device, payment method, or phone number.

If we detect more than one account linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all bonuses and promotions received, and forfeit any winnings obtained through those duplicate accounts.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. 1mcuci shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. We recommend that you:

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Changing your password regularly, especially if you suspect your account has been accessed by another party.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your account is accurate and up to date. Any changes to your phone number, email address, or banking details must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting our support team.

4. Deposits and Payments

1mcuci accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow, TNG eWallet, Boost, MAE, interbank transfer, and USDT. All deposits are processed in real time and are typically credited to your account in under 1 minute.

5. Withdrawals

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.

• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering.

9. Intellectual Property

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, display, perform, replicate or sell any content from the 1mcuci platform without explicit written consent from 1mcuci management.

Game names, provider logos and game content are the property of their respective providers and are used by 1mcuci under valid licensing agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

1mcuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred while playing on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

11. Account Termination
